Original Münchner Hell

Original Münchner was first brewed in the late 19th-century, and was a tremendous success from the start. Hoppy, fine, light and elegantly sparkling, its popularity is constantly increasing. Today, Paulaner Original Münchner Hell, with its wonderful, slightly dry, naturally full flavour, is the highest-selling Münchner Hellbier - in Munich, in Germany and in the world.

Premium Pils

Paulaner Premium Pils is brewed in strict accordance with the traditional Pilsen brewing method using hops from Hallertau. Its light colour and stiff foam distinguish it from other beers. By the way: although Pils originally comes from Bohemia, it was first produced by a Bavarian brewer. Although Pils has always been a firm favourite in Bavaria, the rest of Germany is today no less appreciative of its fine, dry flavour

Salvator

Paulaner Salvator, with its strong, typically malty flavour, is what you could call the "original" Paulaner. The bottom-fermented "Doppelbock" beer combines the finest hops and dark barley malt. The Paulaner monks used to drink Salvator as a food substitute during Lent. The most famous master brewer was Frater Barnabas, who took over the Paulaner monastery brewery in 1773. His original recipe remains practically unchanged to this day. In order to preserve the original, Paulaner registered the name "Salvator" with the patent office in 1896.

Original Münchner Dunkel

Original Münchner Dunkel gets its fiery dark, golden colour and rich, full taste from the traditional bottom-fermented brewing process with dark top-quality barley malt. Although the light beer overtook the dark in the popularity stakes at the end of the 19th century, the traditional, strong flavour of the Original Münchner Dunkel is once again enjoying an upwards trend.

Hefe-Weißbier Naturtrüb

Paulaner Hefe-Weißbier is the best-selling beer by the Paulaner Brewery. Specially produced top-fermented yeast is what gives it its unmistakeable character: sparkling light, fruity, and just a tiny bit bitter. Because it is not filtered during the brewing process, it retains its originality and the many vitamins, minerals and trace elements.
